「第二届肾脏关爱公益跑」邀您共谱健康之旅! 彭亨佛教会洗肾中心再次举办一场公益长跑,以奔跑之名, 点亮希望之光!第二届肾脏健康公益跑倡导健 康生活,为透析中心募集善款,助力需要帮助的患者 活动中,我们不仅可以共同奔跑,更有机会通过健 康检测站了解自己的肾脏状况,为自己和他人的健康 保驾护航。让我们一同迈向健康,一同传递温暖。
"Kidney Health Awareness 5km Fun Run 2.0" The Pahang Buddhist Association Dialysis Center is organising another charity run aspiring to ignite the flame of hope! The 2nd Kidney Health Charity Run promotes a healthy lifestyle and aims to raise funds for the dialysis center to support patients in need. Participants can learn about their kidney condition at the health check stations to ensure the well-being of themselves at the charity run. 【报名须知】
1.18岁以下的参赛者必须得到家长的同意，12岁或以下者必须获得家长陪同参加。
2. 所有18岁以下参赛者必须填写家长 / 监护人同意书.若通过网上报名，可在领取T恤当天补签家长同意书。
3. 比赛过程中，禁止携带宠物，推车，婴儿车，溜冰鞋，轮鞋等。
4. 参赛者必须遵守活动各项规则，否则主办当局有权立即取消其参赛资格。
5. 主办当局有权增删上述之细则，比赛过程中如有发生任何以外或损失主办当局一概不负责。
6. 参赛者必须确认自身身体和精神状况符合参加比赛的各项要求。
7. 主办当局不会退还任何费用。
8. 所有参赛者将于义跑前2天 领取T恤，日期及地点在彭亨佛教会 .
若不能在限定日期内领取，请联络负责人。请所有参赛者于比赛当天穿上大会T恤。
